If we can't inspect
If the seller cancels or the vehicle is unavailable, we refund you in full within 3 business days. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the inspection, we refund in full. Within 24 hours, we refund 50% to cover the inspector's reserved time.

Are there any extra charges after the inspection?+
No. You pay one fixed price at booking — no service fees, booking fees, GST add-ons, or after-the-fact charges. The price you see on each workshop is what you pay.
Do you charge differently for older cars?+
No. The price is set by vehicle type — sedan/hatch from $199, SUV/4WD/ute from $199, mobile from $199 — not the age of the car. An older vehicle costs the same to inspect as a newer one of the same type.
What if the inspector finds 50 issues — do I pay more?+
Never. The price covers the full 200+ point inspection no matter how much we find. More findings simply means a more detailed report, with photos and severity ratings — at no extra cost.
Do you offer discounts for multiple inspections?+
