You inspect vehicles that customers are about to buy. You document what you find with photos and notes through the AAPPI inspector app on your phone. The app handles report formatting, severity ratings, and customer delivery. You inspect. The platform does the rest.

The 200+ point checklist is on your phone. Each item has a pass/fail/needs-attention button, a notes field, and a photo prompt where relevant.

Photos in-app
Take photos directly in the app. They're uploaded automatically and attached to the right inspection point.

Offline mode
Lose signal under the car? The app keeps working. Everything syncs when you're back online.

One-tap submission
When the checklist is complete, you submit. The app generates the PDF, notifies the customer, and clears the job from your list.
Who we work with
AAPPI partners with workshops. Inspectors are employed or contracted by those workshops. To inspect for AAPPI, you must:
Work for an AAPPI-approved workshop
Have a smartphone (iOS 15+ or Android 11+)
Have transport to inspection locations
Be available for at least 5 inspections per week
How you're paid
You're paid by your workshop, not by AAPPI. The workshop receives a payout from AAPPI for every completed report you submit. How your workshop pays you is between you and them — but most workshops we work with pay inspectors per job completed, plus a base wage.
