From booking to report, here’s exactly what happens — and how long each step takes.

You pick the vehicle type, the inspection location, and a time. You pay at booking. You receive a confirmation email and SMS.

We assign an inspector
A licensed inspector in your area is assigned. You’re notified by SMS and email with their name and ETA.

Inspector contacts the seller
The inspector confirms the address and arrival time directly with the seller. You’re copied on the communication.

On-site inspection
The inspector arrives at the agreed time, runs the full 104-point inspection, and takes photos. You can stay informed via SMS updates if you’ve opted in.

Report writing
The inspector completes the report on the platform, including findings, severity ratings, and photos. Most reports are submitted within 4 hours of the inspection.

You receive an email with a link to your report. The report is also available in your dashboard. You can download it as a PDF.

What we don’t do
We don’t run scan tools that require dealer credentials, we don’t dismantle parts of the vehicle, and we don’t issue roadworthy certificates. A roadworthy is a separate check from a licensed roadworthy inspection station, and we can point you in the right direction.
