From booking to report, here’s exactly what happens — and how long each step takes.

We assign an inspector
A licensed inspector in your area is assigned. You’re notified by SMS and email with their name and ETA.

Inspector contacts the seller
The inspector confirms the address and arrival time directly with the seller. You’re copied on the communication.

On-site inspection
The inspector arrives at the agreed time, runs the full 200+ point inspection, and takes photos. You can stay informed via SMS updates if you’ve opted in.

Report writing
The inspector completes the report on the platform, including findings, severity ratings, and photos. Most reports are submitted within 4 hours of the inspection.

You receive an email with a link to your report. The report is also available in your dashboard. You can download it as a PDF.
